You must have a 2 hour driving lesson paid in advance at all times
You must give at least 48 hours’ notice if you wish to cancel or re-arrange a booked driving lesson. Failure to do so will result in you being charged the full amount for that driving lesson. There are no exceptions to this.
If there is reason to believe that you are not fit to drive at the time of the driving lesson for reasons including, but not limited to, alcohol, drugs (recreational or prescribed), illness or other medical condition, your driving instructor has the right to terminate the driving lesson and you will still be charged for the driving lesson, at the discretion of your driving instructor.
Before you take your practical test, you will need to have passed a Mock test
You will only be presented for test, if your driving instructor considers you to be at the required standard. If you are not at the required standard, you will need to reschedule your test. Your driving instructor has the right to refuse the use of car for test, at any time.
